Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

Jiffer is operated by ABG Inc. DBA INTO Agency (“Jiffer”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Jiffer website and application (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your email address and password, or, if you sign in with Google, the name, email address and profile picture Google provides.
  • Company and business information you choose to provide.
  • Map content: subject property addresses, the places and addresses you search for, saved maps and folders, labels, annotations, and house styles.
  • Uploaded images: logos and photos you add to maps. When you upload a JPEG or PNG image, we remove the location information embedded in the file.
  • Billing information: your payment card and billing details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference, your subscription status, and your renewal date.
  • Communications you send us, such as support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
  • Server logs recording requests to the Service and errors.
  • Sign-in security records: when your account signs in, signs out or changes, with the IP address used.
  • A record of when you agreed to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, which version you agreed to, the email address on your account at the time, and the IP address and browser used.

Information from other sources

  • Your Google profile, if you sign in with Google.
  • Map, address, and business information from Mapbox.
  • Business logos from logo.dev.
  • Public road traffic counts published by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide the Service, including creating, saving, and exporting your maps;
  • process subscriptions and payments;
  • keep accounts secure and prevent misuse;
  • enforce our Terms of Service, including seat-based licensing;
  • respond to you and send messages about your account and the Service; and
  • maintain and improve the Service.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information with the service providers that run parts of the Service for us. Each receives only what it needs for its part:

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Jiffer and its users, and as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

4. Your content

Content you add to Jiffer remains yours. We process it, and share it with the providers above, only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies only to keep you signed in, plus one short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. We also use your browser’s local storage to remember your preferences, custom logos and labels, and work you do before signing in. All of these are needed for the Service to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, but you will be signed out and preferences saved only in your browser will be lost.

Do Not Track. Jiffer does not track you across other websites and does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cross-site tracking for a Do Not Track signal to turn off.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active, and then as follows:

  • Maps and folders you delete are deleted permanently when you delete them, along with their uploaded images.
  • Archived maps and folders are kept until you delete them.
  • When your account is deleted, we delete your information within 30 days of confirming the request, except as described below.
  • Backups. Deleted information can remain in our encrypted database backups for up to 30 days after it is deleted, after which the backups holding it are overwritten.
  • Billing and transaction records are kept for 2 years, or longer where the law requires. Stripe keeps its own records of payments it processed, under its own privacy policy.
  • Server logs are deleted within 30 days, and sign-in security records within 90 days.
  • Records of your agreement to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy (described in section 1) are kept after your account is deleted, for as long as we may need them to establish or defend legal claims about that agreement.

7. Data security

Information is encrypted in transit. Each user’s maps and uploaded images can be read only by that user’s account, and payment card details are handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and its information by emailing support@jiffer.ai from the email address on your account. We may ask for more information to confirm the request is yours, and we respond within 45 days.

Deleting your account deletes your sign-in account, saved maps and folders, house styles, uploaded logos and photos, and sign-in security records, and closes your customer record with Stripe. We keep billing records and the record of your agreement to our Terms and this policy, as described in section 6.

You can update your payment details or cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage billing. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Where information is processed

Jiffer is offered only to businesses based in the United States. We store your account information, maps and uploaded images, and their backups, in the United States. Some of the service providers listed in section 3 may process information in other countries.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app, and ask you to accept the updated policy the next time you sign in or open the app, before you continue using the Service.
