Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ABG Inc. DBA INTO Agency (“Jiffer”, “we”, “us”), which operates Jiffer. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. About Jiffer

Jiffer is a software platform that enables users to create commercial real estate maps, visuals, and related marketing materials (the “Service”).

United States businesses only. Jiffer is offered only to businesses based in the United States. You may use the Service only for a business based in the United States, and by creating an account you confirm that you do. A business based outside the United States may not use the Service, and an account used in breach of this section may be suspended or terminated.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. Each paid subscription is one “Seat”, and one Seat corresponds to one individual person using one account. An account may not be shared by more than one person unless we expressly permit it in writing. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Jiffer may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Access is licensed per Seat: each person who uses the Service needs their own Seat and their own account. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. New subscribers may be offered one free trial per person. A payment method is required to start a trial, and the subscription fee is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Jiffer may change pricing or introduce fees at any time.

4. License and Use Rights

Jiffer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for each Seat you pay for. Each Seat is for one individual person and may not be shared, transferred between people, or used by more than one person. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, upload unauthorized content, scrape or extract data, reverse engineer systems, introduce malware, or share Seat access across multiple users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Jiffer a license to use it to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring rights to your content.

7. Generated Outputs

Outputs may be used for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accuracy, compliance, and proper use.

8. Third-Party Service

The Service relies on third-party providers. Jiffer is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

9. Trademark and Logo Disclaimer

Logos and trademarks are for identification only and remain property of their owners.

10. DMCA / Copyright

Jiffer does not own third-party logos or content. Users are responsible for proper rights and usage.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration number DMCA-1082122):

Your notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; a description of the copyrighted work; a description of the material you say infringes it and where it is on the Service; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them. We may remove the material and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Service Levels

The Service is provided as available without uptime guarantees.

12. Availability and Changes

Jiffer may modify, remove, or introduce features and fees at any time.

13. Suspension and Termination

Jiffer may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violations, misuse, or security risks.

14. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss

Jiffer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or deals. Users are responsible for backups. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Jiffer against claims arising from your use, content, or violations.

16. Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in California. You waive jury trials and class actions.

17. Assignment

You may not assign rights. Jiffer may assign freely.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.

19. Seat Compliance and Verification

Jiffer may monitor and verify compliance with seat-based licensing and request information regarding usage to ensure proper Seat allocation.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in or open the app, before you can continue using the Service.
